台灣一直是港人旅行熱門地，目前適用的《香港澳門關係條例》也為港人提供了相比陸客更便利的入境方式。不過，如果港版國安法制成，台灣的蔡英文總統表示，可停止適用《港澳條例》，即取消對港人的特殊待遇，台灣與港人的來往將自動適用與大陸地區人民關係條例。
