一名 18 歲少女（代號 X）早前透過代表律師報案，報稱於去年 9 月 27 日於荃灣警署內被多名警員輪姦。昨日警務處長鄧炳強出席元朗區議會會議指警方已獲律政司指示，以涉嫌作假口供拘捕女事主，由於 X 小姐潛逃，已被通緝。X 小姐今日經代表律師發聲明指鄧炳強昨日言論是「有意貶損我的行為」。
