路透社引述消息稱，中國將加快規劃中的關鍵基礎設施項目建設，並啟動一些新項目，包括公共衛生、應急物資供應、5G網絡和數據中心，以重振經濟，地方政府亦將被允許發行更多專項債券，與2019年的2.15萬億元人民幣相比，今年可能達到最高2.8萬億元人民幣規模。
