繼市建局「煥然懿居」後，政府將推出第二個「首置上車盤」項目。政府昨日起公開招標出售位於觀塘安達臣道一幅住宅用地，當中規定發展商須提供不少於1000伙作為首置項目單位，並規定要有55%為兩房單位；賣地條款亦列明所有住宅單位的實用面積需介乎250至500平方呎。
