警務處處長鄧炳強今早見記者，交代2019年的罪案數字，提到去年警察投訴科共收到1639宗投訴，當中有部分關於警察行為不當，21宗已作內部訓斥，其中4宗已展開紀律覆檢。21宗內部訓斥案件，包括11月11日有警員「電單車打八字」及兩次在鏡頭前展示市民身分證，惟並不包括有關721事件的投訴。
