特區政府對南韓發出紅色外遊警示。保安局局長李家超表示，鑑於南韓新型肺炎疫情，如非必要應避免前往南韓，另外由明早6時起，將不容許來自南韓、或者14日內到過南韓的非香港居民入境本港。

The coronavirus outbreak in South Korea is now the second largest outside China, with almost 900 cases and eight deaths.

The Security Bureau has also issued a Red Outbound Travel Alert for the country, the second highest of its three risk categories; Black, Red and Yellow.
