華為首席財務官孟晚舟引渡美國案第一階段正式聆訊於當地時間周一（20日）在加拿大展開，法庭將針對此案是否符合加拿大法律規定的引渡標準進行審理，聆訊將持續至24日結束。加拿大檢方提出，孟被控誤導匯豐銀行的行為在加拿大也是犯罪，符合引渡條款中「雙重犯罪」原則，應當以涉嫌欺詐將她引渡到美國。
