民進黨團提出的「反滲透法」，主要是針對北京滲透台灣進行反擊，希望透過立法規管受滲透委託而影響競選活動、收取政治獻金、非法擾亂社會秩序等行為，違者最高會被判處5年以下有期徒刑，以及罰款500萬新台幣不等。
