法國電訊商Orange（前身為法國電訊）約10年前因改組而大規模裁員，同時間公司內部出現自殺潮，有35名員工輕生。巴黎地方法院昨（20日）裁定，Orange及多名前高層「精神騷擾」罪成，前者被判罰款7.5萬歐元，後者則分別監禁1年及罰款1.5萬歐元，緩刑8個月，屬控方要求的最高刑罰。
