立法會財委會通過涉及217億元紓困措施，財政司長陳茂波今早（7日）出席電台節目時，被問及是否無論經濟情況如何都不考慮派錢。他說，政府用資源要有針對性，全民派錢非善用資源的方法，但政府會採取開放態度研究；去年推出向合資格市民派發最多4000元「關愛共享計劃」效果不理想，在申請手續上有改善空間。
