今年施政報告以房屋及土地政策為重點,提出十項房屋政策新措施,包括放寬按揭保險計劃的樓價上限,首次置業人士可申請最高九成按揭貸款的樓價上限,將由現時400萬元提升至800萬元。另外,可申請最高八成按揭貸款的樓價上限,將會由 600 萬元提升至1,000萬元。

What’s more, the Development Bureau will soon announce details of the Land Sharing Pilot Scheme with the target of accepting applications early next year. For a first-time home buyer – a person without any residential property in Hong Kong at the time of application – the cap on the value of a property eligible for a mortgage loan of maximum cover of 90 percent loan-to-value ratio will be raised from the existing HK$4 million to HK$8 million, she said.
