據美國之音報道，美國在台協會（AIT）台北辦事處處長酈英傑9月16日透露，美國今年11月將首次與台灣共同舉行「網絡攻防演練」，並集合至少15個國家，共同演練應對外來網絡攻擊和針對金融系統的黑客活動等問題。

The official said that Taiwan would test its cyberwar defences during the Cyber Offensive and Defensive Exercises, which are to be held for the first time in November with the US and 13 other countries.
