運輸署去年提出新增一條途經啟德、中環及西九等地的「水上的士」循環線，原訂今年投入服務，但啟用日期需押後。九龍城區議會最新文件披露，運輸署擬在今年下半年為「水上的士」招標，明年下半年啟航；署方另放寬航線服務要求，如無限定班次疏密及無列明船舶須有不少於150個座位等。
