兩大社交網站Twitter及facebook周一（19日）宣布，已移除及暫停逾20萬個帳戶，認為有關帳戶獲中國政府支持，涉散播抹黑香港反修例示威活動的假資訊，Twitter同時宣布不再接受國營媒體賣廣告。
