反對修訂《逃犯條例》爭議引發連場示威及衝突，周日（11日）警方於銅鑼灣驅散行動中，有傳媒拍攝到有警員將竹枝放入被捕示威者背囊，遭坊間質疑是「插贓嫁禍」。監警會前委員、港大法律學院首席講師張達明今日（13日）出席港台節目時，認為需就此作刑事調查。
