同志組織「彩虹行動」義工楊柱永前年提出司法覆核，指出《刑事罪行條例》中其中7項與肛交相關等性罪行，對男同志構成歧視，要求法院頒令有關條例屬違憲。法官今日（30日）頒下判辭，裁定「促致他人作出同性肛交」和「兩名16歲以下男子作出重猥褻作為」等共4條罪行條文違憲，另外3條則採納律政司提出的補救解釋，增加「女子」等字眼，以讓性別平等。
