土瓜灣的盲人輔導會「盲人工廠」後年重建。政府建議過渡期間，可以暫時遷至坪石邨一間校舍，工廠關注校舍是否適合逾二百工友工作。社署表示會與盲人輔導會盡快研究可行性和合適的安排。
