運房局於本周二「跪低」擱置三隧分流方案時，局長陳帆曾稱周內會就電子道路收費諮詢區議會，中西區交通及運輸委員會原定昨日討論該計劃，但港府延至會議前兩日才向區議會提交文件，引起多名區議員不滿，結果政府要再度「跪低」抽起議程，據了解，多達三分之一區議員不支持計劃，預料方案隨時「碰釘」。該計劃將押後至五月區議會大會討論。
