日本政府專家小組近日發出警告，指在北海道東面的千島海溝觀測到與「311 大地震」時相似的異動，有機會發生規模達8.8級或以上的大地震，恐對東北沿岸地區造成嚴重破壞，全國必須嚴陣以待。
