《神鵰俠侶》也是另一個屢遭翻拍的經典作品，主演的楊過與小龍女的男女明星，皆成功建立銀幕情侶形象，像是1983年劉德華和陳玉蓮的版本，堪稱是最經典的翻拍，1998年任賢齊和吳倩蓮版本也轟動一時，1985年古天樂和李若彤版本，演繹出港式風情，2014年版的陳曉和陳妍希更是話題十足，兩人因合作演出《神鵰俠侶》而「配對成功」，促成一樁良緣。
