中國發改委聯同財政部及國家能源局上周五發文，表示今年暫不安排普通光伏電站的建設規模，並會加快補貼退坡及降低補貼強度、以及即時下調光伏上網電價每千瓦時0.05元人民幣，被視為光伏政策方向大逆轉、史上最嚴厲的光伏政策。

A joint open letter from 11 Chinese photovoltaic (PV) industry leaders has said that they “strongly recommend” the government shouldn’t be too rigid about cutting subsidies and curbing the scale of distributed PV, because overly aggressive reform would deal “a heavy blow to the whole industry,” media reports said on Wednesday.
