一名患有急性橫貫性脊髓炎的16歲少女，去年11月在聯合醫院接受俗稱「洗血」的血漿清洗治療時，院方疑接連出錯，先將導管刺穿動脈，繼而誤判為靜脈出血，令病人轉院後才被發現右腦中風，少女至今仍半身癱瘓，無法說話和進食。
