日本政府在周二（15日）的內閣會議上報告2018年版的外交藍皮書，當中圍繞朝鮮問題、美國、中國及韓國等作出表述。其中提及與中國「改善關係氣氛正大幅升溫」，但卻刪除了過去與韓國「共享戰略利益的最重要鄰國」字眼。

Japan on Tuesday published its annual Diplomatic Bluebook – the weighty document outlining the country’s current stance toward a wide variety of foreign policy matters.
