一名熱愛行山女子，昨日獨自到以壺穴眾多聞名的沙頭角鹿頸石板潭行山期間，見壺穴風景美麗，站在壺穴邊請其他行山人士替她拍照，之後她自拍時，不慎跣腳跌落水潭，頭部撞傷昏迷潭底遇溺，消防員到場將她救起，由直升機送院搶救，可惜終告不治。
