報導指，李勇浩或將出席4日在亞塞拜然舉行的不結盟運動（NAM）閣僚會議，並於本月中旬訪問俄羅斯。分析認為，在南北韓、北韓美國首腦會談即將舉行的背景下，李勇浩出席不結盟運動閣僚會議並訪問俄羅斯，或意在在國際外交舞臺上積極闡明北韓立場。

North Korea’s official Korean Central News Agency said Ri led a government delegation that left Pyongyang, the North’s capital, on Tuesday to take part in a ministerial meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement to be held in Azerbaijan and to visit Russia.
