案件昨在高院續審期間，自稱「遊客」的內地漢被發現在庭內向陪審團方向拍照，並以微信傳送相片，他後來向執達主任表示不熟悉香港法律程序，主動將所有相片及影片刪除，惟執達主任承認未有留下內地漢的資料，亦未有確認他遊客的身分便將他放行。
