除了鄭若驊曾在文件簽署確認購入的獨立屋只有地下至二樓3層，其丈夫、工程師學會前會長潘樂陶2012年買入旁邊的3號屋時曾簽署3份文件，列明物業無地庫，買賣協議亦確認買家曾睇樓。換言之潘亦很可能在交易時已知地庫屬僭建。
