伊朗最高精神領袖哈梅內伊透過國營電視台發表聲明，表示伊朗近日連串的示威，完全是由伊朗的敵人聯手策劃，他們利用一切手段、金錢、武器、政策及保安等，為伊斯蘭政權製造事端，指控敵對勢力一直尋找機會及空間，滲透及打擊伊朗。
