據悉，今次突擊搜查細價股乃廉署及證監會首次展開的聯合行動。事緣廉署執行處專責調查上市公司貪污案的F組人員早前接獲舉報，向證監會了解發現彼此接獲相關舉報，遂於前日展開代號「海豚」的聯合行動，拘捕三名上市公司高層人員，包括康宏環球副主席馮雪心、執行董事陳麗兒及隆成金融主席及行政總裁麥光耀。
