立法會今日繼續審議修改《議事規則》的議案，會議甫開始，民主黨許智峯用防狼器發出「警號」，其後把防狼器鎖在抽屜後離開座位；主席梁君彦要求許交出鎖匙不果，裁定許的行為不檢、嚴重違反《議事規則》，把許逐離會議廳，禁止他今日重回議事廳。
