Laneige聲明指過去一年接獲大量顧客投訴，指受到噪音的嚴重滋擾，前線員工也不斷反映每逢周末長期於大聲浪環境下工作，引致聲帶受損及喉嚨不適，也擔心聽覺會受到傷害，精神壓力驟增，故決定周末期間使用隔音屏。
