法律界立法會議員郭榮鏗早前曾發表文章，批評香港大律師公會以法庭審理與「一地兩檢」相關的案件為由而拒絕表態。公會今日(19日)發表35頁的公開信，指郭對公會的批評是構成中傷 (connote an aspersion)、不合理(unjustified)、事實不準確(factual inaccuracies)、甚至是不公平的斷章取義(unfairly skewed reading)。
