近年外國興起Co-living，中文叫「共居」。在共享經濟大潮下，由共享工作空間（Co-working Space）延伸出來的新鮮事。幾個年輕人合住一屋，但有別於「七十二家房客」，分攤租金還加入新概念，共同生活形成小社區，新模式切合新世代需要，極受歡迎，更成為潮事。
