英祿今日一直未有出現，其代表律師稱英祿出現耳水不平衡，不能到庭，法院不接納其解釋，充公3000萬泰銖（約700萬港幣）的保釋金，並向她發出拘捕令。有泰國傳媒指，英祿早於昨晚已飛往新加坡與兄長他信會合，最終會轉往杜拜。被問及英祿是否已離開泰國，其代表律師只表示「不知道」。
