被告文耀輝（44歲）向警方透露，數年前與妻子失和後患失眠，醫生處方安眠藥給他，及後他訂購迷姦水代替。前年5月31日晚他在Y的飲料加了3至4滴迷姦水，但Y不知道。他認同應告訴Y落藥，但他向來主張用天然草藥，「偷偷用化學嘢覺得唔正確」故未透露。
