位於中環海濱長廊的摩天輪，於上月29日無預告下停業。原營辦商Swiss AEX Holding Limited於昨（2日）發新聞稿質疑，政府招標要求中，營辦商須具備最少一年相關經驗，但中標者TECL則在2016年11月以一元資金本成立，質疑並無營運摩天輪經驗。
