「香港摩天輪」結業至今已一星期，用地的新舊營運商仍未達成交易協議。本報獲悉，蘭桂坊主席盛智文獲邀介入斡旋後，情況漸露曙光。盛智文透露，新營運商TECL初步同意以四百五十萬歐羅，向舊營運商Swiss AEX購買摩天輪地基，另外向荷蘭製造商Dutch Wheels公司商討以八百萬歐羅收購摩天輪。換言之，整個摩天輪收購價一千二百五十萬歐羅，約一億一千六百多萬港元。
