全國人大常委會會議昨天在北京召開，第二次審議《國歌法》草案，草案規定在公共場合惡意修改國歌歌詞，以歪曲、貶損方式奏唱國歌，或以其他方式侮辱國歌，由公安機關處以警告或者15日以下拘留。
