按照協議，首階段預計由現在至2019年6月，主要完成雲計算中心的建設，以及政府數據整合的工作，並逐步開展促進旅遊、交通管理、醫療服務、電子政務等大數據應用的項目，料2018年底將初見成效；第二階段合作預計由2019年7月至2021年6月，雙方將在環境保護海關和經濟預測等方面展開合作。
