第十三屆全國運動會昨日在天津開幕，8名海外華人華僑運動員將首次參加馬術、射擊、田徑、游泳4個項目的比賽。此外，本屆全運會不設金牌、獎牌榜，部分項目打破省區市界限，允許「跨省組合」參賽。
