有「體雕大狀」之稱的大律師梁思豪，於2014年向大律師公會申請以「體雕師」為副業被拒，早前司法覆核勝訴，大律師公會不服，其後上訴得直，梁思豪昨於終審法院申請上訴許可獲批，案件預計明年1月16日開審。
