廣深港高鐵一地兩檢方案即將出爐，消息指將會採用香港版「深圳灣口岸模式」。現時深圳灣口岸港方口岸區位於深圳範圍，再將土地使用權租予港府，保安局回覆指，每年租金約為623萬元人民幣，即近720萬港元。

The arrangement would be similar to one at Shenzhen Bay Port, where Hong Kong has rented an area for port control.
