國家統計局昨日發佈數據顯示，在房地產銷售額增速連續下滑八個月後，房地產投資同比增速在上月出現年內首次回落走勢，1月至5月，全國房地產開發投資同比名義增長8.8%，增速比1月至4月回落0.5個百分點，同時新開工面積和土地購置面積增速均有較顯著回落，樓市調控的滯後影響開始顯現。
