為解決青年住屋問題，上屆政府於2011年提出青年宿舍計劃，拖延多年，首個於大埔墟的青年宿舍昨終舉行動土儀式。

青年宿舍計劃的目標租客是18至30歲的在職港青。1人申請者的收入水平不得超過18至30歲就業人士每月收入的第75個百分值，資產上限30萬元；2人家庭的收入水平則不得超過1人家庭的1倍，資產上限60萬元。

The Youth Hostel Scheme will be expanded.
Adding to the two ongoing projects in Sheung Wan and Tai Po, Leung said two more projects will be launched in Mong Kok and Jordan.
