港珠澳大橋的混凝土測試報告被揭造假,觸發對大橋安全的關注。多名立法會議員要求立法會盡快召開特別會議討論事件,擔心事件會變成「豆腐渣」工程。政府消息透露,明日記者會將交代檢測大橋結構的詳情,據悉路政署會採用混凝土測試槍檢驗大橋的混凝土強度是否符合標準。

豆腐渣工程 (Tofu-dreg Project) 指因偷工減料以致品質不達標而容易倒塌的建築工程,源自前國家總理朱鎔基批評九江防洪大堤不堪一擊的用詞。豆腐渣工程反映內地盲目發展、官員把關不力、貪腐等問題。08年汶川大地震,多間校舍倒塌,大都證實為豆腐渣工程,但追討責任和公義的家長及維權人士反而受到打壓。
