外逃美國、被國際刑警發出「紅色通緝令」追捕的大陸商人郭文貴，再被揭醜聞。據台灣傳媒爆料指，郭文貴的「第一桶金」、用作興建其發迹之作河南鄭州裕達國貿大廈的6000萬美元（約4.68億港元），竟是從台商宏國建設集團董事長林鴻道詐騙得來，事後郭更利用自身在中國政界的勢力，阻擋林追討該筆巨額欠款。
