美國太平洋空軍女發言人霍奇中校（Lori Hodge）發表軍方聲明指，美國WC-135「不死鳳凰（Constant Phoenix）」核偵察機的機組人員認為，中國戰機的攔截行為「不專業」，其中一架蘇-30戰機更用「桶滾動作（Barrel Roll）」施以攔截。
