英國駐歐盟大使巴羅昨（29日）正式向歐洲理事會主席圖斯克遞交退出歐盟意向通知書，標誌英國與歐盟44年緊密關係步向了斷。圖斯克在接信後表露不捨，說「我們已經想念你」。英揆文翠珊同日則在國會表明「脫歐不能回頭」，呼籲英國人在未來兩年談判階段「上下一心」。
