英國發生罕見偷書案，3名盜賊如電影《職業特工隊》情節般，溜進倫敦希思羅機場附近一個倉庫，從屋頂游繩而下免觸動警報感應器，只偷取放在密封鐵箱內的逾160本古書，大部分來自十五、六世紀，合共價值超過200萬英鎊(約1,937萬港元)。被盜古書包括科學家伽利略、牛頓和達文西的作品，以及一本1569年版的但丁名著《神曲》，當中最珍貴的是天文學家哥白尼的1566年版《天體運行論》，估計值21.5萬英鎊(約208萬港元)，該書著有哥白尼指出太陽位於宇宙中心的重要理論。

One dealer lost £680,000 of books in the heist, which happened in the early hours of Jan 30, while experts said the “jewel” in the haul was a 1566 copy of Nicolaus Copernicus’s De Revolutionibus Orbium Coelestium worth around £215,000.
