美國候任總統特朗普的過渡團隊周一（9日）宣布，將任命特朗普女婿庫什納出任白宮高級顧問，主要負責貿易及中東事務等工作。庫什納的任命引起「任人唯親」和利益輸送質疑，亦被指可能有悖《反裙帶關係法》中禁止總統等公職人員聘用親屬的法例。不過，特朗普陣營稱，庫什納不會受薪，白宮人員亦非政府機關職員，因此沒違例。
